  They were the ONLY plumbers that figured out how to attach the shower head to my clawfoot tub. Not only that, we had issues during the weekend with our septic clogging, and they immediately came out and helped. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. So happy to find someone reliable!

  If I could give them 10 stars I would - they’ve done amazing work for us around our house with all kinds of work, but the most amazing thing was how they helped us with an emergency situation - responsive, professional, I’ve used 3 other companies before finding solofra and their service is beyond comparison!!!!

  Look elsewhere if you are in the market for an honest plumber that stands behind their work and products. Had a sewage pump with a 3 year warranty installed 1.5 years ago. It stopped working, so I called and asked about warranty service and the pleasant receptionist said she would have the owner call me back. He called about 15 minutes later and said they would come out and get it taken care of. AFTER completing the replacement, he mentions that the manufacturer wasn't honoring their warranties but that he would take some money off the replacement pump. A few days later, I get an invoice for 4 hours of labor and $300 for the pump that should have been a warranty repair. They sent 2 people for a job that could easily be done by 1, and charged from the time they left the shop They were on-site for less than 1 hour and charged 4.
