  My experience was quite the opposite of the other two reviewers here. I found Bill to be completely professional and a perfectionist, which is ideal when paying someone to do plumbing work. I've used Solar 1 twice; to replace my water heater in 2003 and again in 2016. Both times the job was done correctly the first time with excellent attention to detail. Highly recommended!
