  Ben was very professional and prompt. His estimate was a fair value and cost did not fluctuate. He took great care to respect my home as he carried tools and supplies across my carpeted areas and did the job in a timely manner as promised. He will be saved in my contact list for all future plumbing needs. His explanation of everything to do with the job and products was very helpful.

  Our plumbing "we know a guy" from now on! Our hot water heater started leaking a few days before we were supposed to have family visiting. Ben came out the same day I called to look at our current hot water heater and give us a quote. My husband and I were kicking around the idea of switching to a tankless since we were replacing it anyway. Ben went above and beyond, getting us quotes for both the tank and tankless water heater replacement the same day. He even tracked down a very hard-to-get brand and model because we had mentioned it while talking to him. We decided tankless and scheduled the replacement for the day before our guests arrive. Ben was amazing getting everything completed in one day with plenty of time for a detailed explanation of the new system and answers to all of our questions. His workmanship is very impressive, as is his attention to detail. He is a true professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

  We are completely satisfied with the service we received from Bayz Plumbing. When our new washer arrived, the installer couldn't do the remove old/hook-up new because our washer's faucets and pipes were rusted and frozen in place. I called Bayz and Ben (owner) returned my call in less than 10 minutes. He scheduled an appointment for the next day, called me when he was on the way, and arrived promptly. He clearly explained all the work to be done, answered all our questions, and provided a clear written estimate of the job. We were so impressed we asked if he could look at a different plumbing job (for another time). Ben said "No problem, I'll do it now"! We needed our old garbage disposal removed and see if repairs could be done for the multiple on-and-off leaks under our kitchen sink. Ben put covers on his shoes, came into the kitchen, checked it all out, and gave us another detailed estimate. We hired him for both jobs on the spot! Everything was completed quickly and smoothly, and both areas were spotless when Ben was done. As a matter of fact, we ended up on hold with the washer delivery people (to reschedule the install) longer than it actually took Ben to FIX those faucets! We couldn't be happier with his professionalism, responsiveness, and high quality of work!
