  Snyder Plumbing repaired a kitchen sink faucet for my 82 year old grandmother. They allowed her to pay $25 a month until the bill was paid but my grandmother must have forgotten about the payment after 4 consecutive payments. Her memory isn’t the best anymore but instead of reaching out to her regarding these payments, they waited two years to take her to court over $167.50. When I gained knowledge of this, I offered to pay the balance. I explained the situation and Catherine who I assume runs the place was extremely rude. Snyder plumbing told me they could not accept that. They wanted the balance plus the court fees. She said if I could not pay the whole balance that included the court fees, I needed to reach out to the rest of my family to help pay the whole balance. She then said if you could not afford it then you shouldn’t have called us to begin with. Court fees were $125. Almost the same amount of the actual bill. If they would have reached out at any point, my grandmother would have continued her payments, no problem. Instead they made her pay $297 when she only lives on social security. I think it is ridiculous they went to court after two years over $167. This business is obviously money hungry and if you have plumbing issues, save your time, money and aggravation and call someone else.

  Thomas was so Helpful and professional on her service call. I needed a pipe replaced on my hot water heater, the ladies I spoke to in the office were very nice and professional during the calls I had with them. I highly recommend Snyder plumbing! I’m so glad I went with them.

  Call Someone Else! Snyder Plumbing Vero Beach came out to repair a pipe in my garage with a pinhole leak where the stub up from outside comes through the wall and into the house. The initial service was great, they came out and made the repair in quick service time and the repair looked professional, the price was reasonable and I was a happy customer.... Until a week later I noticed my side yard was flooded and saturated outside and the pipe repair was leaking! I called them right way for a warranty repair and no one answered or called me back 2 days later...I called back and left a voicemail, no response, I called again and spoke to someone who said send me a text message to send into the office for tomorrow AM...Again no one showed up and no one has called for now over 2 weeks...I called again and now I’m being asked to hang up call right back and leave another voicemail for the office in the AM....that was 2 days ago no one has called. Yard still flooded 3 weeks later...I’m sure I have a $1,000 water bill coming this month...still no one has called me back or come to fix the leak after 5 attempts to reach them...Considering legal action at this point.
