he find this leak in no time and repair that right away.

The plumber, Rudy, improperly diagnosed an issue with a leaking pipe; incorrectly cleaned my water heater (which then caused me to pay $100 to fix his work); said he was too large to fix a leak in a pipe that I had requested; and conversed about his family issues far longer than he did work.  When the problems were brought up to Snappy, they said they would send someone out at a time that works best for us.  When given that time, they replied that they weren't available for several weeks after the time that worked best for us.  I'm understanding the two star review on Yelp now

My service technician was Richard and he was awesome! Not only was he professional and arrived on time, but he was in constant contact en route. He came, he conquered and he handled the job effectively and efficiently. I would highly recommend the company and Richard personally for your service needs. Richard was amazing! He came in, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it very quickly. We had no hot water when we moved it to our new rental home so we were happy that they were able to squeeze us in on a Saturday night. Fantastic service! Thank you!!

My second day service was needed because the service techs the first day could not install my osmosis faucet. The second day they sent Richard. He is outstanding and installed the faucet the first day tech could not. I think he is a jewel and the owners of this business should be very proud to have someone of his quality representing them.

This is the worst service I have ever had! First they didnt fix the problem and it returned only to cave in my kitchen and dining room ceiling. Then they didnt dry all my areas that were soaked. They left everything on the utility room floor that came up with the rotor rooter. Then a week or so later they finally send a drywall person out. If I could say how I feel about it this would get an R rated and be removed, its horrible! Then they left my kitchen a total disaster on top of the cluster they created on my ceiling. They didnt remove the wet drywall, just covered it so it will mold later. They left a can of toxic spray on the floor and I have a baby in the house. I mean what the flippin hell, maybe I should get a job there just to get paid for absolutely flippin nothing.

Hi, we received your google reviews and appreciate the feedback! Just so you are aware we put in a bid to replace the drywall last week and were not given the approval from your rental company so treating rather than replacing was something 💯 out of our control. If you owned your home we could've done whatever you would have liked us to, but since you rent all of those decisions are made by the people that actually own the home and are out of all of our control.

It would have been really nice of you to extend the courtesy of letting our company know these things before blasting a lot of inaccurate info on google. Take care and we wish you and your family lots of luck and happiness in the future.

Our technician, Kevin Sam, did a very fine job. He unclogged the drain to our kitchen sink quickly and thoroughly, it runs like new. He stayed after the job was done to test the drainage and ensure that everything was humming. Very polite young man and very skilled. Highly recommended.

Snappy Services was one of the most professional plumbing companies I have used. Just from the beginning my experience was even better than most companies I’ve previously contacted. When I first called, they were quick to answer any questions and concerns I had also managed to get me squeezed into their busy schedule same day without hesitation! When the technician came out, he kept me informed by calling when he was headed over and also keeping me updated on the next steps with my issue. I will forever be using snappy for now on.
