  They were a little bit pricier, but after being forgotten about by 2 other companies, it wasn’t a worry. Our plumber was on time and fantastic. He was such a nice guy! I definitely appreciated that they were able to help us out quickly when it wasn’t an emergency. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

  SMJ responded to an urgent request - water heater leaking gas. During the service visit, the SMJ team walked us through upgrading to a tankless water heater. We proceeded with the upgrade, and it was the right decision. The SMJ team installed the new water heater in a timely manner. During installation, the team was able to address a few other non-critical plumbing issues. Overall, a great experience & I would recommend them to family and friends.

  Can’t speak highly enough of SMJ Plumbing. They responded very quickly to after-hours call / repair; when no other company would even return our calls. They did excellent work / repair. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend!!
