  (Update to review) - I can show you the receipt, you were at my home and not sure why there is no record. Honestly I feel as though you’re being dishonest and saying there’s no record. Got a quote and put stuff down our drain to unclog it then left. It ended up making it worse and charged us $170 for a quote and to make everything worse. I have never had someone charge me for a quote!

We also have cross referenced our books again and are seeing a Kailee with a different last name.   We received a quote from them to replace our hot water heater for $1,700. When they completed the work, the final bill was $2,344. I questioned the difference in price and asked for a breakdown but they told me that it was a flat rate and they couldn’t provide that information to me. I can understand a little difference in price between the quote and final cost, but not over $600!

  Scott was very friendly and professional. He called prior to arriving to let me know when he would be arriving. He fixed all the repairs we needed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Smithmyer.
