  if I could give this man 0 starts I would. we contacted Mr. Smith about a plumbing issue at our home. he made us sure that we would not have the problem we were having again after paying $390+ and only being there for less than 10 minutes. He said if they it doesn't work then give him a call and he would resolve it. The issue happened the next day and he magically stopped picking my phone call . I could not believe it because this I called from another phone and he picked up. Told me he would see me that day or the next day. The next day came and he didnt pick the phone up again. I just never experience someone so old be so unprofessional. I honestly can't with him.
