  When I got to my cabin at Lake Almanor I had no water I figured for sure the pump was fried. Brett got out his voltmeter check the wiring the pump head and also the breaker box in back of the house. He asked me where is the water tank I said I don’t think there is when he said there Has to be it was in the crawlspace that I never even suspected it would be it ended up there was a bad Pressure switch. He also replaced an electrical box at the well head look pretty terrible I should replace it. I would recommend Brett Smith well service to everyone. I expected a bill of 14 or $1500 the repair only cost me a little under $500 you will never go wrong with this guy. I’m a very happy customer. David Pramik

  These guys are awesome. They made my emergency a priority, very knowledgeable, and very affordable. I would definitely recommend them. Oh, and they actually answer their phones which is hard to come by these days!

  I was in a mess of trouble one company had already came and tore things apart and never showed up again. I called Smith's Pumps, they showed up as promised they were quick, professional and came in slightly under what was quoted and when I had some problems they were right there, good customer service. even though the problem was related to my wells inflow (recovery) I was happy with Smith;s Pumps.
