  I had a clogged pipe and didn’t know what company to call that I could trust. I have passed by their business several times going to our local veterinarian. I decided to call and give them a try. I’m so glad I did! They came out the same day and fixed my problem quickly. Kevin was courteous and very professional. I will be calling them again in the future.

  I discovered a significant water leak in my crawlspace and tried contacting numerous plumbers in my area who all told me they were booked up and couldn't help. I then called Smith Plumbing Services and talked to Charles and he immediately responded to our house and he and Kevin were very prompt, respectful, courteous and professionally repaired the leak. This is the first time I have ever used Smith Plumbing Services but can tell you they will be my go to plumbers first for all future needs.

  Paid $85 for them to give me an estimate for new build plumbing. Never received the estimate… even after calling again. Never was contacted from anyone after paying the $85. It was a scam for us. None of the other companies charged a “service charge” to give us an estimate.
