  I first called Mr. Smith requesting his services to repair a leaking kitchen sink (which has resulted in the inability to use both the sink and the dishwasher) on a Tuesday evening. He told me he would be able to come out and repair it before the end of the week and would call me in the coming days. When I called on Friday, after I didn't hear from him, he told me they have been out of town and he would come out on Monday. When I didn't hear from him on Monday I called and he told me he would come out on Tuesday or Wednesday. It is now Wednesday, a full 8 days later and the day before Thanksgiving (so you know won't be coming out this week either) and he is sending my calls to his voicemail. I will have wasted a full two weeks while this sorry excuse of a businessman strings me along. Even more egregious, his dishonesty and lack of integrity is done while he has a cheesy voicemail talking about how "today is a gift from God." Well Mr. Smith has given me and my family a 14 day gift of an inoperable kitchen.

  These guys are AWESOME!!! Quickly fixed problem within a few hours after I called. Leaky sink fixed. Great price. A++.
