My husband and I were shopping for Stihl products and were so impressed with the customer service at this store. They had great prices and the young lady that we spoke to was very knowledgeable. My husband has purchased two Stihl products since then and plans to buy more from them. We love supporting a business that puts so much effort into taking care of customers. Sold me a 5” post (16’) that ended up being about 6” at the top and growing to about 10” at the bottom. Just took them at their word and didn’t check the post before they cut it for me. I guess someone’s word doesn’t really count for anything anymore. Also very overpriced for subpar lumber

This is a steel TS 400 I took it to three different shops suppose he got it fixed but it will always die I decided to try and fix it one more time and I decided to take it with me at County lumber this time within days she fixed It it runs like new they are very knowledgeable with repairs as well as materials for contractors I highly recommend this place you would love their service

Just moving to the area,  I really wanted to like this store. I try to buy local whenever possible. I have been in a few times before writing this review.   I'm not saying they are rude,  but I just don't get the impression the staff cares if you're there either.    If you know what you want,  they will take you to it,  but they are not going to help you figure anything out.  Just didn't feel very welcome.   I welcome a response from the management, as I still want to like them.   But for now,, I guess it's back to Lowes, where I expect them to not care, but with lower prices.

I bought a Stihl blower and it works great. The staff is courteous, kind and very knowledgeable. Also a great place for lumber, hardware, electrical and plumbing. Best of all, they give personal service and answer all your questions, unlike the big box stores. I’ll be a customer for life!

I Bought a beautiful Christmas Wreath, while my husband had two keys made for his truck tool-box. Fast, Friendly and helpful.

Cashiers were awesome and very helpful, and the fellas in back were courteous and helped load my lumber. I will be going here from now on...no more Lowe's!
