  Horrible horrible horrible! I hope everyone reads this. Long story short, after purchasing a home we ran into a small issue with the furnace. The air conditioning stopped working due to a leak. After these guys came out they said this is the problem, it's fixed now. Charged us 300 bucks! Then a week later stopped working again. Same issue. Came out and said the leak fried the electrical board and needs replaced. 700 dollars later after waiting 3 days for the part to come in, finally fixed. Oh wait, it stopped working AGAIN! Now im mad because its only a 3 year old unit. All under warranty and still got charged. finally had the boss come out with the other guy who was working on everything. Didn't say one word to me! This went on for over a month with them comin out to fix the same thing. Replaced the electrical board 3 times!!!! It's still not fixed. I'm tired of wasting my time on people who dont know what they are doing and then have the nerve to get frustrated with me on their screw ups! Go to someone else!!!

  So I bought a house the end of May. The People sold it to us had contracted this group to put vents in the bedroom. They had 30 days to get it done. They Got it done on July 3rd after several phone calls where no one answered or a evil witch woman picked up the phone. They never called to say when they were coming. My Girlfriend called several times to figure out when they were coming out and when it was getting done. The woman that answers the phone is a evil old woman that feel she is entitled to say what she wants and talk to people with disrespect. So when the duct work was done my parents recommended I.G.I.T. My girlfriend called they gave her a time and they showed up on time! Unlike the Smith Brothers. I would give them 0 stars if possible. Save your time and your money and get someone else! Oh and the lady that answers the phone I hope you break your hip and no one finds you!
