  I had a leaky bathroom faucet. I took the faucet apart to see what kind of washer I needed. One person showed up, told me they did not have the part for my faucet and I should look online to see if I could order it. For this they charged me 92.32 for a service call. The person that came here did nothing but look at the parts I had sitting on the bathroom counter.

  They helped us find and repair a break in our water line. Their Monday morning appointment took much longer than expected and they didn't arrive until after 5:30pm and they stayed and dug up our water line until they found the leak and repaired it late into the night. Very grateful for their service and the guys they sent were really nice.

  I've called on Smileys for over 30 yrs. Done now. I'd set up appt. They never showed up,no call until the following day. Excuse; another job took longer than expected. Can't be same owners. Because they were always very professional.
