  The techs were on time and cleared my drains with ease. (My uncle referred me to Smiley Drain, they provided grease trap cleaning services at his restaurant in Clifton last month. Did not try to sell me stuff I didn’t need like the two plumbers before from Rooter Man. They were finished in less then an hour and I was able to enjoy the rest of my night! Would recommend this company to anyone in need of a sewer and drain clog repair service.

  Within one hour of a frantic phone call, two friendly Smiley Drain Cleaning techs were at my door. Not only did they quickly and IMMACULATELY solve my very gross problem, they made sure I was informed of all options, starting from the least expensive to the potentially more expensive solutions. They were confident they could resolve the issue using the more price friendly manner, but I decided to choose the hydro-jetting service. Within minutes, clog was gone, they actually cleaned my toilet with antiseptic cleaning solution, and were on their way. My drains are flowing freely and they seem to be much faster than before! Which is great. The techs were outstanding, professional, friendly, and immaculate. Will most definitely use this service again and highly recommend!

  I live in West Orange and needed a good drain cleaning company to unclog my main sewer drain. We have been noticing that are drains weren't flowing as they should. But sadly this morning we woke up to none of our dreams working. The toilets would not flush, the kitchen sinks would not drain, the shower and bathtub did not work. I knew I had an emergency service so after doing some research online and searching for drain cleaning near me I came across Smiley Drain. They had excellent reviews and I could tell that the clients seem genuinely happy. So after a quick phone call I had a technician out later on same day. Michael was our plumber and he was knowledgeable friendly and professional. After doing a video inspection I discovered we had tree roots growing in our sewer. Thankfully their trucks are stocked up and had a rooter machine that would cut the tree roots in clear my drain. I am also having this company come out later on next week and use the hydro jetting machine just as an extra precaution. I highly recommend this company if you have any type of clogged pipes they are the best!
