  Heat went out and they came right out. Didn't have to wait on them to get the parts. He brought it with him unlike a few other places. Didnt try to drag the service out and was very respectful. We will definitely use them again.

  We bought our house in November, from a well known flipper (masquerading around as a contractor) in the area. Just a few of weeks ago found out we'd had a slow leak in our master bath that was due to a botched pipe job done by the seller. Small's came out quickly, and fixed the issue in no time. They had to replace a lot, and it was fair pricing. Haven't had any issues since.

  These people ha e been at my house twice so far and the problem still isn't resolved. The first time they took a wild guess at what might be leaking and then left. Well they were wrong. They came back to fix the actual leak which was a. Ad toilet flange in my master bath. Instead of replacing the flange, which now they are claiming the wood was too wet for, they just threw and extra wax ring on it and told me my toilet was always going to rock back and forth. Then after I took the toilet off and exposed their crappy work, they refuse to answer or return any of my phone calls. I went down there to their place of business right when they open up at 8 am. One guy argued the entire time with me using cuss words and all, while his buddy leaned up against the truck laughing.this company is a joke. I guess they think it's funny when people have to throw money down the drain to get them to fix a problem three times. Oh by the way, they said they would be here yesterday or today, I still haven't heard or seen from them.
