  Jeff Riddle IS YOUR GUY! Jeff did an outstanding job repairing out broken shower. He was very communicative via text and call picking up immediately and we spoke directly to schedule a time to come fix our shower. He was flexible and came highly recommended by a friend of our families. He educated me on the cartridge system in the shower and how it becomes corroded over time. He even recommended other faucets in the future when we remodel the bathroom with integral shut off valves to improve our experience as owners of property. After our initial call on the phone I had sent him pictures of the problem he identified the part needed, scheduled a time to show up. He showed up on time and was very personable and warm to speak with, and showed up on time. Jeff works on big projects with commercial properties, celebrity clients, and homeowners big to small. He got the job done and done right! I highly recommend Jeff's services to anyone needing plumbing service for big to small projects he can do it all and organize a team to tackle even the biggest projects.

  I referred Sketchley & Mason to a very special group of nuns, the Franciscan Sisters of the Poverello Retreat House in the Valley, as they had a commercial size pipe that was leaking. Prior to my referral, they had several plumbers come out and diagnose the problem, but no one had the knowledge, equipment, and or the ability to tackle this problem. Not only have I worked with them before, but I have several neighbors who have worked with them and they too can share how great and reliable they are. The wealth of knowledge they carry and experience is extremely rare to come by, but it's their worth ethic, quality of work, follow up, and professionalism that truly makes them stand out from any other plumbing company out there. I will always be forever grateful for their help to the Franciscan sisters because Jim, one of the company's owners, was very detailed in his assessment of the problem and he outlined everything that needed to be done to reduce the likelihood of the issue recurring again. The issue has been repaired for about a month now and everything is working better than before! The sisters are extremely appreciative of how attentive and accessible he was and they feel extremely comfortable calling him again for any and all plumbing needs. Thank you again Jim for everything- they send you their best and blessings to you and your family!
