  First, the office staff was very kind and attentive in scheduling service for our grinder tank issue. They were up front with the cost and very considerate. John was the technician who came out and he called when on his way and when he hit traffic and was running late, which I was very appreciative of since I could set expectations with my work. When he arrived we weren't 100% sure what the issue was and the team was very thorough and knowledgeable so they were able to solve the issue. BTW never use "disposable" wipes. EVER!!! The cost was reasonable for the work that was needed and they explained everything very well. Definitely recommend this company and especially John! Thanks!!

  Had issues with our grinder and we called late at night and received a call back within minutes. The guy walked us through what to do and it worked. They checked on us the next morning. They didn’t charge us a service call which I would have been glad to pay for all they had done for us. I will definitely use them for service in the future. Thank you!

  John was able to come out to check on our eone grinder pump early on a Monday morning, after it had been alarming intermittently the night prior. He was on time, friendly, and had the pump out of the ground in less than 10 minutes. He was thorough in his diagnostics and found the fault almost immediately. The cost was covered under warranty and everything was easy and upfront. The failed component was a switch connector, and John was even able to show me how once E-one became aware of the trouble component, they had modified the terminal from what looks like a copper alloy to some kind of steel/nickel. It's great to see a manufacturer that makes those small changes when they become aware of persistent failures, even though the customer would never necessarily know. We were glad the issue was fixed so quickly and professionally, but what really made the service exceptional was the instruction/education in how the system works, why it's so efficient, and what can fail and what to do if it does. The modular nature of the entire assembly, and the quality of the positive displacement pump and control boards are impressive. It's a great product and even better support service. Thanks John.
