  Simrel's Plumbing came this morning to repair my toilets. Based on the description of the problem that I gave them when they called, they came prepared with the correct materials and resolved the problem quickly. They were very professional. They immediately removed their shoes at the door before stepping on the carpet and they cleaned up after themselves when done. I would definitely recommend them.

  This company was referred to me by my home warranty group. They were dispatched to my home, in reference to low water pressure from my well system. The technician was professional and attempted to complete the job but was unable to. I ended up losing hot water throughout my house and only 2 sinks worked, putting out very little cold water. My washing machine, showers, and dishwasher all stopped producing water. The technician reached out to his supervisor (Arthur) and was told that he’d arrive at my residence to complete the work order within an hour or so. After about a hour and a half wait I gave Arthur a call and attempted to explain to him the situation. He refused to listen or fix what had been done. I pleaded with him trying to explain that we are without water and there was no telling when someone else would come out. I asked him if he could just come and take a look at my system. Instead of explaining anything to me Arthur hung the phone up on me, called my warranty provider and canceled the work order. I’m now looking for a different company that can fix this mess that Simrel’s Plumbing left me with. I’m not looking for a miracle, I just want some professionalism to be displayed by their leadership and a little desire to make things right that have been done wrong.

  I waited on them for 3 months to started a remodel rough end plumbing job. He finally started after lying to me for several weeks on the start date and once he started he did enough work to lock the job in then he didn't come back for 3 weeks. I had to cut tied with him and find a new plumber and we all know how hard it is to get another plumber to go behind some one else's work. I would not recommend letting him do any work for anyone! He has competive pricing but not worth the headache. Don't give him your time and money.
