  Bad experience and very unprofessional. Started off great, he gave a good price and could get out in 2 days. I'm a real estate agent and needed to get a water heater replaced for a property we had under contract and my client was out of the country, which I explained. He showed up 20 minutes early, which would've been fine if he didn't threaten to leave because my client wasn't ready early. We had a 10am appointment. My client didn't have great reception where he was which was explained to Michael, and needed to go somewhere to be able to call. Michael also didn't send the invoice until he arrived, instead of sending in advance to give my client time to sign and return, and stated that he wouldn't do the work if he didn't have the invoice back beforehand and also demanded full payment up front! I've never paid a contractor in full before any of the work was done and don't know who would. A few minutes after 10am, my client tried to call him with payment and Michael wouldn't take his call because he wasn't ready earlier than scheduled, although our appointment was for 10am. Michael was very unprofessional and rude, lost his patience and walked off the job at the time he was actually scheduled to start. Showing up early is normally not a bad thing, but it was explained that the owner would not be at the property, he was out of the country and would need to call with payment but needed to go somewhere to receive reception to call, so the timing was important. Very disappointed!

  Pressure relief valve was leaking. Contacted Michael and he and Marcus came over and fixed it within a couple of hours. He was quick, courteous, and priced fairly. I will definitely call him back to replace my old water heater! Thanks Michael and Marcus!

  Mike works with Atlanta Air Authority, so when I needed both a new hot water heater and HVAC system, he was the man AAA called. He showed up early and ready to get the job done. He made short work of draining and emptying the old tank and getting the new tank installed. He had to deal with a tight space in my utility closet in a condo, but he made it work and added the new expansion tank. Mike was professional and knowledgeable and respectful of my home. He will be my go-to for any future plumbing work. I highly recommend him for residential plumbing work!
