The staff was super helpful and friendly.    Will definitely will be going back for all my other kitchen and bathroom fixtures.

I called in advance because of COVID. It was suggested I come early. The staff was very helpful and all of my questions were answered. Yes, I think the prices aren't cheap. But I was glad that when my plumber installed the items bought, nothing was defective and no parts were missing. Things went smoothly.

We drove 30 minutes to look through the show room. We are building a house with four bathrooms and we were planning on buying stuff for all four bathrooms but after being in the show room for five minutes we were told we had to leave because we brought our two older children with us to pick stuff out for their own bathrooms. When more customers came in they told us there was too many people in the store. They said our children had to leave the store. Sadly we all left because I wanted my children to be able to look and pick out what they wanted in their bathrooms. They should have told the customers that arrived after us they had to wait. Will not be back

We are very sorry you feel that way. However, you arrived on a Saturday morning (our busiest time) at 11am and we close at 12.  When you arrived you told the salesperson you "just wanted to look around".   We had to make a judgement call. We offered you several options.  First was to split shift and for two people to look at a time and then switch and we would have gladly shown each party the same things a second time.  The better option, frankly, would be to come to the showroom during the week when we aren't so busy.

Frankly, 4 bathrooms in one hour or less is not a reasonable amount of time for choosing in this world of so much choice. Unless, you wanted them all the same.

Finally, our website  does state TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT as we have capacity restrictions.  You were a group of 4 all clustered together in a corner of our showroom.  While it's normal for your family to cluster these are not normal times.
It is not safe for you or our salesperson to be in such a tight group of unknown people. We would have asked you to spread out as there isn't constant air circulation in our showroom.
Everyone is on edge and precautions do need to be taken.
We hope you understand.

Please feel free to make an appointment when you know that time can be yours alone.  Sadly, because Saturdays are our busiest time unless you want an 8am appointment we cannot make them for later on a Saturday morning.

Again our apologies.We will gladly welcome you back along with a $25 credit towards your purchase to offset your gas cost.
