  Our most recent repair was done about 3 weeks ago when the drain line to our AC was not draining outside. I believe the guy's name was Brandon came by 30 minutes after being called, and it was after hours. Did an amazing job and only charged the hour fee. My husband had worked on it the full day, sure wish he'd called Sigwald earlier, them boys got it done in just a few minutes. I highly recommend them!

  When they came out and looked at my 5 year old AC unit and they gave me a bid for a new one. I went ahead and accepted it. The day they came to install it the AC unit was used. They really thought I wouldn't know the difference. They tried to sell me a used unit in place of a new one. I told them to leave and never come back.

  I'm sorry but you must have the wrong company. We do not sell used equipment. And if you had a 5 Yr. old AC, it would be covered under warranty.

  All I can say is thank you , thank you , thank you. What a great company! Your service is outstanding. Overnight we felt the AC had stopped, today at 82 degrees we were certain and our son was flying in tomorrow. We haven’t seen him in over 1 1/2 years because of the pandemic. Please note this is July 4th weekend in Rockport, the hottest and most busy time of the year. We called as soon as you opened and in 2 hours Gab was here and fixed our AC. He was knowledgeable, and very efficient, assuring us that he would get it fixed for us, and not leave us to suffer. This is the second or third time that your company has responded on the same day and brought relief. We are convinced your company is better than all the others!
