The owner came out, to check my softner system to see if I needed a extra iron remover. My previous company, insisted I did need a extra iron remover. Sieler's was very throughly checked everything, an told me that everything was working properly,  an I DID NOT need anything more. Believe me I will continue to have anything done, will be by Sieler's. Very honest & trust worthy !!

I have used this company twice now. Once to install a water purification unit, then to have my water softener serviced. They arrive on time, are reasonably priced, helpful and informative. I will be calling them in the future.

Quite professional, answered all questions had at the time, couple others popped up after the had left but I’m sure I can find out what I need if I call them.  Job was done and over way quicker than expected.  I assumed that a water softener would’ve took longer but greatly impressed.  Awesome small family owned business and would use services again, and highly recommend!  11/10 rating

Updating my review for this company. Our last interaction was not great but overall this company has been our go to company for our house since 2014.  My last interaction with them does not reflect this company as a whole and they do have a great team there to service your water treatment needs.

Mr. Sieler personally took time to stop in at our new home.  Mr. S provided the free water test and fully explained the readings of the test and made suggestions and we are going with the H-6500.  I most also note this company is Military-Veteran friendly.  As a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer I appreciated the discount. They are coming to install our system on15 Feb; hooking a line to the fridge and sink....it will be great having improved water and ice.  Awesome, friendly and down home customer service.

Sieler's has fast, professional, friendly and affordable service.  Since leasing our water heater through Sieler's , our water has been the best it has ever been in our home- clean and clear!  Chad is our delivery/service Guy and he goes out of his way to provide excellent service.  We can call in the morning and have salt and/or water refills delivered that day.

I don't often write reviews, but the exceptional service I received from Sielers certainly merits one.  Les Sieler took the time to come out to my house and listen about the water issues I had been having, and took the time to really get to the root of my problem. Not in a hurry like the other companies I had out to address my water issues. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. On the day of installation the rep was just as nice! He was efficient and worked quickly, but also took the time to explain everything to me. I couldn't have been more impressed by the entire experience, and would recommend this to anyone.

I have been having problems with our bathtub turning rust color and I was convinced my water softener was bad and was prepared to purchase a new one when I contacted Sieler's Water System. I chose them because I know they support the Lenawee County 4-H Fair sales each year. Mr. Sieler responded in a very timely manner, and  did a very thorough analysis of my water. During this analysis he discovered my current water softener was not working because the by pass valve had been pushed in. He pushed it in and discovered my water quality improved. He was very honest with me. He chose to be honest instead of just pursuing a sale, knowing that this would likely make it so I did not purchase a system on this day.. This man has my respect and I would recommend this company to anyone having water issues. When we purchase a new water system it will be through this company.
