  We've used Siegers for years, no problem. This time, I called on December 9 to ask for help with a major line leak in the pasture. I was told it would be two to four weeks before they could get to it. I called four times to check to see if I was still on the list...finally gave up and a neighbor helped me. I got a call today, APRIL 5 saying they could come out today. I told the lady I had other plumbing they could work on and was told that would be a new call and I would be put at the bottom of the board or I could go somewhere else. I am. The woman was not particularly polite or helpful at all.

  Don't bother. The lady who answers the phone will tell you with great pride "It's been over four years since we have taken any new customers."
