  I can not say enough good things about Chris and his business. Chris was willing to make a 1½ hour drive each way (outside of his typical territory), after already working a full day, for an emergency involving our septic system. Chris has specialized equipment which was required for our septic issue. He was all business from the time he arrived, to the time he left. Which wasn't until 9:30 at night. Chris is professional, polite, and knows what he is doing, and explained / communicated what he was doing the entire time to help us understand what the actual issue was. It is rare to find a person with Chris' positive work ethic these days. My wife and I will recommend Chris and his business in a heartbeat.

  We had a great first experience with Side Lake Septic. Both Kris and Drew were very friendly and professional, and they were able to get me on their schedule right away. I would definitely recommend them to any friends or family. A++
