  This is the SECOND time I have had them NOT do their job properly and make it so I LOSE MORE than my house payment and this time INS. in the last few years. Paperwork that I was TOLD I didn't have to worry about until the end of Feb. Then I get something in the mail from them that they NEEDED that DAY. I fell asleep do to having a sleep disorder and got things in the next day in person and they screwed me out of things again. I am supposed to have a 2nd colonoscopy that has to be in a Hospital by a surgeon that can take out large polys. I cannot now afford to go to ANY appointments to have the surgery done I cannot afford to have the pre operation Physical Done. I cannot have a 1st visit with the surgeon if he wants that and I cannot go to a an appointment at all that was scheduled a three weeks ago for two months later. ALL because of what a person told me in this place and because even tho I got the paperwork that they now wanted immediately hand delivered was to them the next day THEY SCREWED me over so I will NOT have the money for not only my house payment I will not have the money for my home ins. payment IF I decide to EAT and will NOT have the money for GAS to do anything if I pay my bills.
