  I tried reaching the owner, Ken Shubert, by phone & by email, to discuss what I thought was an excessive labor charge ($1700+) for plumbing (2) baseboard heaters –which by the way, I mounted before they arrived. The over-charge issue turned into an issue of professionalism with this contractor. None of my messages were returned. I learned a lesson about doing your homework thoroughly before choosing a contractor. I’ll never use Shubert again & would caution you, if you’re thinking of using them, THINK AGAIN!

  FAIR PRICES, HONESTY, AND INTEGRITY! The most honest plumbers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I had an outdoor faucet that was leaking. The first company I had out tried to charge me an arm and a leg to replace it. I knew this was a rip off, so I called around until I found Shubert Plumbing. They answered the phone every time I called, and quoted me the best price. I made the appointment with them for a couple of days out. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional and polite. When I showed him the problem he said I think I can fix that easily for you without replacing the faucet. He tightened a nut down that fixed the leak immediately. Then, on top of that he didn't even charge me for coming out. He literally fixed my problem for free. It was an easy fix, but I know nothing about plumbing and he easily could have told me the faucet needed to be replaced and moved along with the repair. I would have paid, and would have have never known that I didn't need the replacement. That's what you call INTEGRITY. I've been around a while and owned a couple of older homes that needed numerous repairs. I have never in my life dealt with such an HONEST and HELPFUL company. You bet if I ever need a plumber in the future I am going with these guys. This is truly an amazing company. Don't even bother calling around. Hire Shubert immediately.

  They have done a great job working on our heating system. Very responsive and professional! Will always use them for our plumbing issues!
