  A neighbor of ours used shoreline plumbing. Upon arrival the driver knocked down a cable wire while in his truck. It's been almost 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for someone to take accountability and come put it back up. I have 2 small children and can't even access my full driveway because it's hanging so low you have to duck under to get to my porch.

  Had a great experience with Shoreline. Sump pump was backing up and they immediately came to water jet line to ditch. Over a year ago I needed a whole repipe on a rental and 2 men worked through a weekend to complete job. Not sure why the Dave Lazarus guy gave bad review. Seems that’s all he gives is bad reviews except a 5 star to himself. I’m sure Shoreline isn’t upset about people like this.

  horrible service. cancelled day before appointment, no follow ups after confirming appt. Speak from receptionist to receptionist with no contact with plumber. Would highly advise not using them.
