  I used Shore Guys Heating and Air Conditioning multiple time on various properties. Three for those times the owner showed up to make sure everything was going well. It wasn’t until some time later when a capacitor blew out on my outside unit that I realized why Matt popped in on those jobs. The capacitor was service I could do myself but all the supply stores where closed. I called Shore Guys for a service and Matt (the owners) answered the phone while on vacation. He directed me to where I could find the part and let me have one. Matt, Dolly and the entire Shore Guys family have a People before Profits type of attitude. Whether it is the owner checking in with employees making sure all is well or the entire team putting the customer’s concern above their own it genuinely shows that they care. I could say that there is nobody else I would ever put my faith in more than Shore Guys because their craftmanship is the best in Cape May County and it would be true but the main reason I put my faith in Shore Guys is because People matter to them. The employee matter to Matt and Dolly and South Jersey residents’ matter to the Shore Guys team. Thank you for a tremendous experience!

  Shore guys did an amazing job cleaning the Mini Split units. I had just moved into this place a year before and didn't even know they had to be cleaned. I originally called for a musty odor, and they informed me of the cleaning services. GROSS!! Thank you for your prompt professional service.

  Came out while AC was down and diagnosed quickly! Price was reasonable and the technician was very knowledgeable. They had us up and running the same day it went down. Highly recommend shore guys!!!
