  Ridge was on time which was huge for me! Very polite, professional, knowledgeable during his visit. He was able to fix the issue and answer all of my questions. He offered great advice about needs to be done in the future. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC work!!

  Shogun Services was polite and responded immediately when called on late Sunday afternoon. Ridge explained the possible cause and solutions with us. Arrived promptly to appointment. Was honest with assessment and repaired. Prices were great as well. Will definitely use them again! GREAT local company!

  Out of all the companies I called around colonial heights, they were the only one to call me back and I'm glad they did. He was very professional, explained everything and had my air conditioner unit back up and running in no time. I am very grateful and I highly recommend these guys. He also fixed a small plumbing issue I had while he was here. They were awesome
