  Paid $200+ in November to get the kitchen sink fixed. A little over a month later, water starts pouring out from under the sink. Upon further examination we discovered all the NEW pipes that were installed are loose and not connected. I called to have someone fix THEIR mistake and we told to call Monday, it is Saturday. Im very disappointed, we always used this company and never had a problem, but this is unacceptable.

  I needed help fast the morning I had to call for a plumber. My pressure valve on main water line was leaking in my basement. I've never needed a plumber and didn't know who to call. These people were the only ones in this small area that were willing to help me. They sent someone within 2 hours of my call. If I need a plumber in the future I will be calling them again.

  I have called Shoenfelt plumbing/heating/HVAC for numerous needs. They are efficient with their time, courteous and professional. I have never been disappointed with their service. Jimmy is the tech that has serviced our facility and I heartily recommend him and Shoenfelt.
