  Recently had them out to our home in Frankfort ky to fix a VERY POORLY install from a past "FIXIT Mans" work they properly fixed our kitchen sicks PVC under the sink leading all the way down to the basement (everything about it was very sketchy) but not anymore .... and on a past date they also replaced our gas water heater with no issues ... they are very affordable and we plan on using them when we need them and no one else!

  I totally redid my bathroom and I wish ever person that I dealt with was as wonderful as Shelly Toles Plumbing. They communicated with me, showed up when they said and did a beautiful job. They also connected me with other contractors to help with tile work which I very much appreciated. So happy with my new bathroom.

  Even though we had freezing rain coming they still made sure to come out here to fix my faucet so I wouldn’t have to go without water! Super nice guys and the receptionist is an absolute angel!
