I had some issues with another plumbing company in town and Luke came and fixed their mistakes. I'm upset I didn't just call Shedhorn Plumbing in the first place but I'm very grateful for the wonderful job they did rectifying issues caused by another plumbing company. I had been having problems with my toilet for several hours and I could not get it to clear. I called Shedhorn and spoke to Steve. He gave me the phone number of a drain cleaning company. I called the drain cleaning company and they were unable to help me until tomorrow. I called Steve back and told him and he headed right over, took care of the problem, was very, very fair with pricing and was kind and professional.

As long as I’m in Helena I will never use another plumbing company!

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I was extremely impressed with this business. On the coldest days of this month, I decided to take on a plumbing project that I ended up needed assistance on. These individuals not only tried to verbally assist me on the phone, but then fit me into their busy schedule in a timely matter when no one else could. Their professionalism, high quality customer service, and plumbing advice was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Steve did great job trying to accommodate our water heater replacement, in a crawl space. He was mindful of cost and mentioned if I can provide help to get the old one out and the new one down, he wouldn't have to send a second plumber. He sent Luke who had it replaced in no time, he didn't mess around, we helped him with the labor and just like that plenty of hot water now. Highly recommended.

I called to arrange an appointment to fix a leaky tub fixture and described my problem,  Steve suggested I call the manufacturer (MOEN) first because of their good warranty.  I was sent free replacement parts and instructions to do the repair myself.  I called to thank him for the great suggestion and he offered to help over the phone if I need it.  Great people with great ethics and character.  I'll be back in the future.

I am thankful for everyone we worked with at Shedhorn. They really helped my family out, during a very stressful time for us. I appreciate them more than I can say and recommend them to anyone who needs a good, fast plumber.

Luke did a great job. It looks so clean, neat and accessible!! It's obvious he takes pride in his work. He thinks out of the box and is efficient and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and even called to say he was on his way. Thank you Luke and Shedhorn.

I called Shedhorn because they were close to our home and had 5 star rating. I see why. He quickly told me he was backed up and couldn't get to me today, but gave me names of four other "good" plumbers who were reasonably priced.  Much appreciated!  If I had a big project I would certainly get a bid from these guys. Since today is more urgent I will call one he suggested.
