  We’ve had Shaw’s do multiple projects in our second home. We had the hot water heater, well bladder, toilet and kitchen sink faucet replaced. Chris was our tech for all the jobs. Chris is professional, talented and knows his stuff. He did custom work in the small closet that houses our water heater and well bladder. He was able to fit in a larger capacity water heater in the existing space. He also provided and installed a perfectly sized replacement toilet and sink faucet. Shaw’s is very responsive, honest, and helpful with solutions for plumbing, and other home problems. Chris let us know that we had a problem with our well pump that was causing water pressure issues. He recommended a company to come inspect our well and we found out we needed a pump replacement. We had that work done and now have amazing water pressure! We can’t say enough good things about this company. The cost might be a little higher but, you get what you pay for. The warranties and professional work justify spending a little more for peace of mind that the work done in a house we aren’t in everyday is done properly by a company that really seems to care about the quality of their work.

  Outstanding Service! Shaw’s is always there when you need them. Last summer, our waterline split in our kitchen and they had the technician out within the hour. Last night our boiler went out, so we called this morning and Matt was here by 10am. They also perform excellent twice annual maintenance on our HVAC systems. We are very grateful for their responsiveness, courtesy and expertise. Thank you. Kathleen and Rick Skinner

  Weekend technician identified problem with both boiler and ductless, parts ordered and followed up on. Repairs to be performed once parts arrive and I am sure the work will be first-rate. Jenny is a great professional and excellent representative of Shaw’s
