The positive experience with Shaw Plumbing began with the receptionist and continued with the plumbing expert. The day of service Sam communicated as to when he would arrive and was on time. When he arrived he explained exactly what he was going to do located the issue and fixed it. As he was leaving I remembered another problem I was having and he graciously offered to fix that too. I’m extremely happy with the service I received from Sam at Shaw.

We received a quote from Shaw plumbing for a tankless water heater to be installed when we returned in 2 months. We accepted the quote and agreed to schedule the appointment when we returned. When we called to schedule they raised their price $700 and refused to honor our agreement. When told that was not fair they said they didn’t want to do business with us. Absolutely unprofessional. The faucet install was great previously but this behavior is outrageous. Totally would not recommend a company that quotes one price and then changes it later. Beware.

Christine. When our estimate was originally provided in May, we were unaware of your intent to have the work done at a much later date. You informed us of this after the fact. You contacted us months later to schedule the work to be done in September wherein we informed you of our rate increases. You accused us of baiting and switching, threatened to bring in lawyers and threatened to give us a bad review. It was at that time we decided it would be best for all parties involved to just part ways. We enjoy providing quality work at reasonable prices and strive to maintain positive working relationships whenever possible. We wish you the best of luck.

These guys actually lied for money from a nasty buyer of our house that is suing us with lies from folks like this. No honor!

We have never done business with this person. I'm assuming this is spam and have reported it as such. Incidentally, an almost identical review was posted for Steve's Heating and Cooling in Napa which we know to be a very reputable business.
