  Criminal is the word that best describes my extremely unfortunate experience with the owner of Shamrock plumbing. He quoted just over $4k to reroute the cold water line about 45 ft. up and over a drop ceiling and through kitchen walls to sink due to damaged copper pipe leak under slab. I suggested he also replace hot water line since it would also eventually leak and he agreed. Told me job would take between 2 and 2 1/2 days to complete. Two plumbers showed up and completed entire job in under 6 hours including their lunch break. Afterwards I realized the materials used (inexpensive Pex pipe) and clamps cost maybe $100 at most and also learned this job should have cost closer to $2K. I questioned their pricing and requested a partial refund but got denied. So I paid an average of $350 per hour per man for basic plumbing labor. That is an unjustifiable obscene amount to charge for what was actually done - plain and simple! He even tried to bill my community manager separately $290 for leak detection service when that charge was already listed on my estimate under the detailed scope of work for ME to pay. Sorry I didn't shop around first but Pandemic was in full swing when this happened in April and we needed the work done ASAP but never expected to be ripped off. This is a company that clearly lacks integrity and charged me about twice as much as they should have.

  Great company, I had the pleasure of working with Bobby and Jeff on a new home build here in Naples. They were at the job everyday on time, fully equipped and ready to work. I have used many other big name plumbers in Naples and these guys are by far way more professional and delivered a better job. Their pricing was also better than the other bids I received. The Collier County building inspector even mentioned that he was very impressed with the quality of work. Thanks again for all of your help!
