  This company was great. They did not over charge us when our tankless water heater pipe busted. There was a company that gave us an estimate of $2400 and Shamrock plumbing charged us half that price and they are certified with Rinnai. Thank you for your honesty. We had went 2 weeks without hot water so this service was very important to us. Would 100% recommend.

  Same day service - arrived promptly as scheduled. Technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, upfront about explaining the problem and solution to the problem, got problem fixed quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing any of their services.

  Although Lloyd was unable to fix my problem since it was a septic system issue, he spent time thoroughly investigating and explaining my problem and what should be done about it. He ruled out any problems outside the septic system, too.
