  If you care about quality work, service, and customer satisfaction you'll find no better than Steve and his experienced trades men. We called, they were on site within an hour, diagnosed our hot water issue. Found us an American Made replacement and gave us a more than reasonable price. All done within 4 hours!!!! Hard to believe we still have quality service like this in America today. Thanks Steve!

  OMG...Steve and his helper were amazing!! They came out to my home within 15 minutes of calling me and the shower/faucet repair was done in less than 10 minutes. If you ever need a plumber that will do what they say they will do and at a reasonable price, call Steve at Shad's Plumbing, you won't regret it. If I ever have any other issues with my plumbing I'll always use Steve from now on. Steve, thank ya'll so very much!!!

  Recently I needed someone to finish a job for me that someone else couldn’t complete for another week. I am very particular of who I have in my home, so I asked a close friend who her family used. She and and her husband responded with “Steve, he’s a really nice guy and they do good work.” Great description as that is what I discovered as well. I had missed a lot of work due to illness and didn’t want to have to call out again, so they really tried to work with me on the service time (which was the very next day). Two gentlemen came out (one who had been working with his dad since he was around 8). They were both very personable and efficient (time and work)! Before they left I asked them to look at a different area where I noticed a leak. Thank goodness I did, because I hadn’t looked at the copper pipes above my head closely and a section had a split and was badly corroded. He knew I had a 70 yr old retired worker do some work for me earlier in the week-he has limited time, but worked for a hobby almost. Steve didn’t try and pressure me for the business and actually told me what to tell the other guy if I decided to use him instead. Well, of course I asked these guys to come back out the next week and was again quite satisfied. Sorry for the long review! Brevity isn’t my finer quality. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.
