  I called Shackelford this morning, I had NO water. They said they would be there between 11:00 and 2:00. 11:00 They were in my driveway. Charles was careful not to diagnose the problem until he checked everything out, he had to leave and return with extra equipment. He explained everything in terms that i could understand and in my opinion was very honest. They could have told me I needed an $1800+- part (which I was bracing for) but instead found a switch problem in my well. I was pleased with Charles and his co--worker, the value of the service provided, the punctuality and the responsiveness of Shackelford Plumbing. Excellent Service - good people.

  Our hot water heater sprung a leak, and Julie responded efficiently with a replacement and a professional Technician to install it. John put in the new one, and took away the old one quickly and neatly. Great service by Shackleford's Plumbing!
