  Our kitchen faucet was leaking in 4-5 different places. I called Severson plumbing and they got me schedule the very next morning. Nate Besch was communicative the morning of his arrival and was professional throughout his time here. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to replace the faucet in a timely manner. He explained what he was doing throughout the process and left the area clean and ready to go. Also, my dog loved him!

  We had Severson Plumbing repair a leaking exterior faucet and the new faucet they installed broke, ruining our wood floors the first time we used it. The steel faucet bib had split down the middle. Severson Plumbing would not accept any responsibility and threatened to send me to collections if I didn’t pay the bill for yet another new faucet. I will not use this company again and I do not recommend them.
