Sydney was great! I had mold in a back bathroom and she was able to fit us in last minute so we could have it treated. She was so polite and made sure she could work around our schedule to fix the problem. Thank you so much! Now our house is inspection ready to move and we couldn’t have done it without ya! Highly recommend

Cody came out and looked at a mold problem under my bathroom sink. He was on time and very polite and professional. He was very thorough with checking for damage and even checked under my sink to see what was wrong with the water valve that was leaking. He called a plumber on the spot and scheduled him to come and fix the leak!  He then came back with a dehumidifier to take care of the moisture problem!  I will definitely use Servpro again if I have any problems!

Gregg and Cody were amazing through weeks of trying to get a mold problem corrected in our new home. Gregg took extra care to make my rambunctious 2 year old feel special and involved as they worked on removing all the mold and Cody was super helpful the entire time as well! Without their help we wouldn't have had any idea the full extent of the problem!

My dad urged me to call Servpro, and it was the best decision I ever made! I spoke with Randy on the phone first and he was so sweet with explaining the process of mold remediation. Fast forward, I met Sydney (sweet, efficient, and professional) who did the first inspection. Long story short…my renter’s insurance was not covering anything. But Randy and Sydney worked with me (on my birthday!) to be able to get my apartment safe for me and my doggos to move back home safely.

It was so nice meeting them and Kilo :). Thank you guys for being my rock to lean on when I thought all hope was gone. Me, Kai, Koda, and Gru (my turtle) are grateful that you guys made our home safe again! We are now back cozied up in our apartment. Thank you ServPro! ❤️❤️❤️

My sister and I are grateful for the cost-effective service and quality of work SERVPRO of Valdosta has provided. When Lightning hit our house ,causing the roof to catch on fire, which then lead to water line busting which put the fire out but then continue to fill the house with water and smoke for the next 3 hours Serve Pro showed up not even an hour after I called and got started drying up the water. Thanks to there immediate response we were able to get everything dried out and the demo done within the first week which allowed us to get the repairs done much quicker than anticipated. Andrew and his team did an awesome job at protecting things so not to cause anymore work then was needed as well as staying in touch with me on the progress of the drying so I could schedule my repair subs. I would definitely recommend using them.

Had a mold problem and needed it evaluated/killed. I called in the afternoon and they were here promptly the next morning. They came in, checked it out and quickly got to work. It was handled in no time and they were extremely professional. Hopefully I have no more problems where I need their business but if I do I will be calling ServPro again.

This is the second time I’ve used SERVPRO for water damage in our house. They were very quick and efficient, getting to work within the hour that I called about the issue. The main guy that did the job, Andrew, was very detailed and explained the step by step process of how they would treat the problem. Took only 2 days and they were very professional. Would recommend them if you have water damage!

We have used Serv Pro on two different occasions.  They did an outstanding job both times.  The second time using them was for water damage.  Chris Spain returned my call immediately, came to the office, assessed the damage and called a crew in immediately.  Service was outstanding.  I would highly recommend this compant.
