Nick managed the cleanup so professionally. We always knew when he would arrive and he was always on time. He informed us how and why and what they did every step of the way, thus relieving much of our anxiety over the sewer backup that devastated our family room and utility room. All members of his work team were efficient and polite. It was also very easy to establish our contract with employees of ServPro's national headquarters who were very pleasant to deal with.

Our sump pump stop working during a very heavy rain fall. Within 2 hours our entire finished basement was wet. We called Serv Pro. They came out and removed all of the wet carpet. They checked the drywall to make sure it was not damaged or mold. They brought in several fans to dry around the baseboards. Which they leave for a couple of days to make sure everything is dry. They arrived in the morning and didn’t stop until 5:00. Before they started they laid cover on our upstairs floor so they wouldn’t get it wet and dirty as they were taking the wet carpet out. They sent 2 guys out and they were fantastic. Nick mainly conversed with me. He was awesome he explained everything they were doing. Very polite. I would definitely recommend Serv Pro.

I had a thick layer of construction dust cover my basement. Serv Pro came in and did a professional and thorough cleaning job. Their staff equipment is top shelf.
