  Couldn't get a straight answer to what work needed to be done and how much it was going to be. Requested estimate as they were insurance providers recommended company. They quoted me price comparable to company I already had come out and quote that insurance rejected. When they talked to my adjuster they told him less work needed then what they told me. Didn't feel I could trust them after that

  Mitigation team came and cleaned up our water damage promptly. The recon guys were excellent ! Joe did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend this company

  I had a kitchen water loss and overall very bad experience. Initial handling by Jared was terrific. Jared made certain tearout decisions based on his training and concerns with water getting under wood floor. Brian from same company came out and advised he would be taking position to piece in wood floor. Brian also made comment his company wouldn't be responsible for counter top that had to be pulled and myself or my Insurance company would need to find someone that would remove. Also Servpro were drying basement carpet and pad in place. Wet pad and carpet would be against baseboard while drying in place. They finally agreed to remove pad. I exchanged my concerns with Brian based on the fact I was the one having to live in this house after his tail lights were down the road and didn't want corners cut with usual water loss issues. Also noted to Brian his trained technician already made decision entire wood floor had to come out because of possible moisture issues under floor. Brian made comment I was pitting his employee against him for my benefit. Brian took our exchanges personal and at one point moved forward into my space saying I was questioning his integrity and that he served so many years in the armed services. I will only say I did not let Servpro do the construction portion of my claim. I got new contractor that agreed on the water issues needing addressed. They got with my Insurance and everything went smoothly after that. I would not recommend Servpro for anything except possibly cleaning. Jared the tearout and cleaning technician was terrific and very professional. Just too many back and forth decisions on how and what needed to be torn out after Brian got involved. I never write reviews because I'm usually too busy but felt compelled after this experience.
