Logan from Servpro came to my house and got my water damage taken care of within an hour of me calling him they are very responsive and good at what they do he was very helpful with the whole process and made the whole thing easy! I would recommend Logan and Servpro of Mankato to all of my friends and family as I feel like they took care of me like I was one of their own. If your basement ever floods call Servpro and ask for Logan!

Outstanding customer service and quality of service! We engaged SERVPRO after a sewer backup flooded our (and many others) basement. Ken, the owner, was always easy to get in touch with and gave us constant updates on when they would be able to get to us to clean our basement. After the initial cleaning Ken came out to inspect the job and was not satisfied with the quality of the work, so he had another crew clean the basement again at no additional charge. Ken's professionalism and commitment to quality service made an otherwise difficult situation easier to deal with and recover from.

The service was outstanding! Ken always kept us updated with the process and ensured everything was dried appropriately... which even meant he came out on the weekend! With the weekend work we can continue our process and hopefully have our basement back to normal within a week/week and a half of the incident!
