They were very professional and what was most important to me, they kept me informed via text and email because I am not in the same state with my property. I really appreciate their patience in working with my tenant. I highly recommend ServPro in Emporia.

There is nothing worse than water damage...SERVPRO of Emporia/South Boston responded immediately and took care of removing the water as quickly as possible during one of the worse rain and snow time....Stephen Phillips of SERVPRO and his teams were one of the most professional I have had the pleasure of doing busy with....regardless of what questions and how many times I called he always took the time to respond in a timely fashion...there were several times he even reassured me with his personal appearance and walked me thru every phase that was going to happen in the next few weeks...I received calls from SERVPRO to just check....I would highly recommend this team.....

Our goal is not only to complete the mitigation when a loss occurs, but to make sure our customers are informed 100% about what is happening in their home, as well as what the next steps are. These guys are great very nice, responsible, they answered all my questions, I’m actually very greatful for these guys they had outstanding customer service and when dealing with this they made my life easier and stress free thank you guys so much !
