I woke up one morning to a sink overflow, through the floor, dripping through my ceiling onto the next level.. I called them around 9am, and Dan was here within a couple hours, and had his other guy here shortly after with all the equipment to dry out my floors and ceilings. I had no idea where to begin, and what the next step would be. Dan answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with the process. Definitely would recommend!! Also, Mary(I believe is her name) who works in the office was very friendly and easy to work with as well. They checked on everything daily. And cleaned up all their equipment when they were finished. Great company!

We are very satisfied with the cleaning and painting of our barn. The workers were friendly, respectful and dedicated. Communication with the main office was excellent. Hopefully we won’t have another fire, but if we did, we’d definitely use ServPro again.

the tech that finally made it out here was very nice and polite. a mold tech should probably not say the roof was the issue when he's not a roofer and it is not the roof. I called to have them come out and do the remediation and paid the 1/2 of the enormous bill (the transaction is deducted from my account) and 48 hrs later and still no call about when the work can be done. this is very poor customer service and am not happy but am stuck but then they probably know that.
