  I am super impressed by the service and the way ServiceOne does business. It took a little time to get ahold of someone to get a quote. But once they got back to me, they sent a guy out the same day, and 2 hours later they got me a quote. The pricing was very fair, I had been quoted almost double from another local contractor. 2 days later the install was done and they charged exactly what they quoted me. Couldn't be happier with the plumbing, gas and vent work for this tankless water heater either

  Huge thank you to Brian at Service One for coming out late at night to trouble shoot and ultimately determine the cause of the problem for my furnace not working!!! He was professional, fun to talk to, and went out of his way. We're very grateful for the time he spent so late at night searching for a solution!

  Service One installed my furnace and AC a few years ago, and have done the seasonal checkups on them since then. Both units have functioned beautifully. They also installed a new water heater when my old one died. A few months ago I consulted them about air cleaners, and subsequently had them install an iWave air cleaner on my furnace. It has made a significant difference in the air quality in my house, where I have had two cats and two dogs. Most recently, this week I was notified by the City of Dubuque Water Smart system of unusually high water usage indicating a possible leak. My toilets were fine, so I suspected the humidifier on my furnace, and found that I had forgotten to switch it from summer to winter. The temperature plunge last week coincided with the onset of the high water use. I switched it over but had Service One come, and they confirmed that it would have led to increased use. The technician, Matt, also adjusted the flow valve and explained the whole process to me, so I understand the process and I am better prepared moving forward to make the seasonal adjustments myself. He has been here before and is always knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. I appreciate the continuity and the expertise of the technicians as well as the quality of the equipment that Service One offers for installation. This morning Water Smart confirmed that the irregular water usage has resolved. I highly recommend Service One for their people, their service, and their products.
