Very courteous and professional, did a great job cleaning up a backed-up sewer in the basement. This property was vacant and had had some other problems and ServiceMaster helped notice anything out of the ordinary and offered future services if we wanted the help.

The staff at Service Master are extremely helpful and do listen to customers concerns and needs! If something needed to be redone or taken care of they were very good at getting it taken care of. It was very impressive that one of the staffs supervisors came out to inspect the work that had been done, he found a few things needing some attention and made sure they were done also. Top notch service is hard to come be these days. We highly recommend Service Master as the company for your home's disaster cleanup problems. Thanks Service Master!
