  I used them once a year ago to fix my furnace and they were great, but this Spring and this Fall I tried to use them again to work on my AC and Heat but the lady answers tells you that you are on the list and they will call and then they never do. I followed up 3 times in the Spring about the AC and eventually gave up, but still tried to use them again for the heat, just give the benefit of the doubt and assume AC season was crazy.......but nope not even a call back.

  I've been using Service Unlimited since I moved to the area in 2008. Over the years, I've probably used nearly every service they offer. I've had them install a new furnace and central air conditioning system, service my pool heat pump, install toilets, and most recently I had an air purification system installed to help with my allergies. This is in addition to coming to my house late on a Saturday because my basement was flooding. The man who came was on call and was in my house for hours. They brought pumps to my house and worked for house to keep the flooding minimized. Service Unlimited has gone above and beyond the normal expectations and give the best quality products and service. Also, they will bill you which is so convenient. Often, I'm working when they come and some competing operations want paid at the time of service. I give them my highest recommendation.
