Jim came out and assessed the issue. He went over several options with me. We determined a different route needed to be taken due to the issue. We have an older house and the plumbing is a bit weird. He was quick to respond, arrive, and extremely professional. Honest hard working people are few and far between these days and Jim is one of these people. Downstairs toilet was backing up and the typical drain cleaners were not working. An additional concern was a possible septic tank issue, but did not know where the tank was located (built in 1963 no records on file). Called Jim and explained the details and he was at our house in about an hour While he ran a heavy duty snake in the line leading to the septic tank we were able to locate the tank which saved me money hiring someone to do just that...Thanks!. Additionally, he explained the options on cleaning the line correctly with enzyme cleaners. Thoroughly satisfied with his quick response, educating me on sewer lines, and septic tanks. Found my plumber and highly recommend Jim.

Jim was very professional and courteous. He found the source of our blockage and repaired it quickly. Also, he was here with a day of us reaching out to him.

Jim showed up on time to clear my drains. He discovered that it was on the city side. He, then. contacted the city to request them to come out and they responded in record time and cleared out the drain lines. Jim is awesome as he did not charge any fees. Very professional!
